Order of Odin was started by 13 motivated players from a former alliance that had an emperor who went MIA. Odin grew to a full house with over 38,000 crowns, with a majority of members Age IX or higher, has won several leagues at different levels, and completed 6 boosts, all in about one year's time.
Order of Odin prefers players Age VIII and higher who are active at least once every two weeks, though exceptions are easily made with notice about extended leave. That means fighting, donating, or chatting. Most players are active daily and English is the primary language in chat. Troop donations are limited to Level 7+ Major Knights, and Level 4+ Mamluk, Raiders of Muscovy, and Knights Templar.
Above all, Order of Odin promotes fun game-play, team-building, keeping all teammates stronger with good troop donations (no foot soldiers), and sharing offensive/defensive strategy discussion and replays.
